We offer a weekly changing Bistrot menu Thursday - Saturday. The menu includes choices of classic French dishes as well as Eddie’s famous biryani. £48 for three courses (supplements may apply) *

On Wednesday evenings we host a Biryani feast, which is an Indian set menu of three courses for £48*

On Sundays, we welcome you to our “MÂCHON LYONNAIS”. A hearty breakfast traditon, which you will only find in the gastronomic capital of France: Lyon. Expect a 4 course weekly changing set menu of Lyonnais specialities for £65, including 1/2 a bottle of wine per person*

Reservations for tables of up to six guests can be made up to 4 months in advance via the online booking system or by telephone.

To confirm a booking we will take credit or debit card details. No money will be charged unless you fail to turn up to your reservation (no show) or fail to notify us of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. In such cases we will charge a cancellation fee of £40 per person to your card.

We operate a 20 minute grace period for table reservations, after which L’Opaline Bistrot reserves the right to cancel the reservation and resell the table. For all reservations you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please check your junk mail before contacting us.

Due to our central location in Beverley, we do not have a car park.

There is however, plenty of parking in the vicinity of L’Opalne Bistrot:

On street parking spaces are available outside the restaurant and in the adjacent street. Restrictions apply: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday.

Beverley Railway Station is a 6 minute walk to L’Opaline Bistrot. Direct services to LONDON, HULL, YORK, SHEFFIELD, DONCASTER, BRIDLINGTON and SCARBOROUGH.

We do not have a dress code. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Children of 10 years and above are welcome to dine at L’Opaline Bistrot. We do not offer a kids menu.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the restaurant we are unable to cater to children below the age of 10 or to highchairs, buggies or pushchairs.

We are able to offer a vegetarian option. Please let us know at the point of booking. Whilst we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, it is important to note that our speciality lies in cooking with meat and fish.

Unfortunately there are no vegan options.

Walk ins are available, subject to availability. There may be a higher posibility towards the end of the evening.

Unfortunately, L’Opaline Bistrot is unable to accommodate dogs, but with the exception of service dogs.

Unfortunately we are located inside a period building and regrettably do not have wheelchair accessibility or an accessible toilet.

We are happy for you to bring a special bottle of wine with you to L’Opaline Bistrot.

The following corkage charges will apply:

£20 per bottle of still wine.

£25 per bottle of sparking wine

£30 for magnums.

You are more than welcome to bring a cake with you to the restaurant to celebrate a special occasion.
